Chicken cutlets with brown beets


  • 100 ml of water 100 ml
    Chicken breast 250 g 250 g
    30 ml of sunflower oil 30 ml
    Black pepper powder 1 g 1 g
    Brown beet 1 pc. 200 g
    3 pinches of salt 6 g
    5 ml of food vinegar 5 ml
    3 cloves of garlic 15 g

How to do it:

1Ingredients for Cutlet: Chicken, Boiled Beets, Eggs, Garlic, Sunflower Oil, Salt Pepper

2Grind the chicken in a meat grinder with garlic. Add the egg salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly.

3Rub the beets in a fine grater and add to the chicken.

4Everything must be finely chopped.

5Stir in a spoon and place in a pan with well heated oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes on one side.

6Top with vinegar, cover and bake for 4-5 minutes.

7Dine with fresh greens.
