Chicken Salad with Potatoes


  • Potatoes 4 cu. 400 g
    Powder hogweed 1 g 1 g
    Chicken breast 300 g 300 g
    Round onion 1 pc. 80 g
    50 ml of sunflower oil 50 ml
    Black pepper powder 3 g 3 g
    Sour cream 2 p. 50 g
    3 pinches of salt 6 g
    10 g of garlic
    Egg 2 pcs. 2 sq.

How to do it:

1We will need chicken breast, potatoes, sour cream, onions, garlic, and sunflower oil to make this chicken parsley.

2Clean the potatoes and crush them with the onion and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream, pinch of salt and pepper. Mix and crush.

3Chicken is also seasoned with garlic and onion remaining in the meat grinder, add 1 tablespoon of butter, pepper and egg.

4Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour the potatoes with a tablespoon. Top with a spoon of meat and evenly bake.

5Fry the squid on both sides until golden brown.
