How to do it:
1For cooking stuffed peppers you will need the following ingredients: sweet pepper, pork, tomatoes, rounded onions, garlic, anise, sunflower oil, salt and ground black pepper.
2Peel and chop the onion.
3Separate one sweet pepper from the seeds, then chop it as small as the onion. If the pepper is yellow, it will be more colorful.
4Chop the garlic.
5Also chop the tomatoes.
6Fry sliced greens in slightly heated oil. Greens: tomatoes, sweet peppers, garlic. Lightly salt while frying.
7Stir the pork.
8Dice the pepper, remove the seeds.
9Pour the minced vegetables over the minced pork, season with powdered black pepper. Stir thoroughly.
10Put half of the pepper in the mold and cut the pork in it.
11Pour silver paper into the preheated oven. Bake for about 15 minutes. Then remove the silver and bake for 25 minutes. When roasting, decorate with anise and serve your guests.
