Roast beef with vegetables


  • 200 g of sweet pepper, 200 g
    250 g of tomatoes 250 g
    Italian vegetable mix 2 g 2 g
    Salt 3 g 3 g
    Calf meat 300 g 300 g
    10 g of fresh anise

How to do it:

1Prepare the ingredients you need: a little calf meat, tomatoes and sweet pepper sauce

2Cut the meat into thin slices lengthwise. Chop the chinese pepper and tomatoes. Remove the pepper from the seeds and cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

3In a pan, heat a little vegetable oil and fry. Bake for about 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Cook the vegetables for 3 minutes. Season with salt and season with spices.

4Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Finely chop the anise and decorate.
