Chicken fry


  • 120 ml of water 120 ml
    Chicken breast 600 g 600 g
    200 g 200 g onions
    Wheat flour 2 p. 20 g
    Powdered sweet pepper 1 g 1 g
    2 g of chicken seasoning
    Pork 60 g 60 g
    Sour cream 160 g 160 g

How to do it:

1Prepare the ingredients. Wash the chicken.

2Cut the chicken into slices 1 cm thick. Chop the onion and cut into half rings. Wash the chicken

3Fry the pork on a medium heat.

4In the frying pan, put the sliced onion and after 15 seconds the meat. Mix everything and bake for 5 minutes.

5Add water and bring to a boil. Salt pepper and chop the garlic and reduce the heat slightly. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

6Mix the cream and flour.

7Pour the cream mixture over it.

8Stir, simmer another 5 minutes, and then serve your guests.
