Pork steak with mustard

Ingredients:

    1 g of round onions 1 g
    50 ml of sunflower oil 50 ml
    Nutmeg nuts 0.25 tsp 0.25 g
    Powdered red pepper 0.25 tsp 0.5 g
    Powdered black pepper 0.25 tsp 0.75 g
    150 g of salted lard 150 g
    500 g of pork loin 500 g
    75 ml of sour cream 75 ml

How to do it:

To make the steak, we need bacon, lard, onion, red pepper powder, salt, sour cream, nutmeg, vegetable oil and mustard powder.

Chop the pork and lard.

Drive a meat truck. It is recommended to use a large blade.

Cut the onion into very small pieces.

Put the onion on the minced meat.

Add mustard, nutmeg, powdered black and red pepper and salt to the meat.

Stir well.

Grease your hands with vegetable oil and print a piece of meat. When the roundness is not too thick.

Fry the meat in a frying pan without oil. Roast both sides well. You don’t need to make oil because it releases a lot of oil during frying. When the steak is ready, eat it with a vegetable salad or with your favorite things.
