Chicken with pineapple


  • 400 g of pickled pineapple 400 g
    10 g of dry ginger 10 g
    400 g of chicken breast 400 g
    50 g of green onions 50 g
    Olive Oil Extra Virgin 100 ml 100 ml
    40 ml of honey 40 ml
    Carrots 150 g 150 g
    Sweet pepper 1 pc. 250 g
    Pinch of black pepper 1 pinch 1 g
    1 pinch of salt 2 g
    40 ml of bean sauce 40 ml
    1 head of garlic 30 g

How to do it:


Prepare the main ingredients: canned pineapple, sweet pepper, chicken breast, carrots, garlic, green onions and spices.


Finely chop the chicken and fry in olive oil.


Finely chop the sweet pepper.


Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.


Add pineapple, sweet pepper, dried ginger, honey, bean sauce, salt and pepper to the chicken, stir and cook for 10-15 minutes.


Add the carrots. Add sliced green onions and cook for 7-10 minutes. Prepare and eat hot.
