Chicken meat Paprikash

Ingredients:


  • Chicken 0.5 kg 500 g
    1 round onion 80 g
    75 ml of sunflower oil 75 ml
    Wheat flour 1 tbsp. 10 g
    1 g of powdered sweet pepper 1 g
    Sweet pepper 4 pcs. 1 kg
    Powdered black pepper 0.5 tsp. 1.5 g
    Sour cream 3 tbsp. 75 g
    Salt 2 tsp. 12 g
    2 cloves of garlic 10 g

Method:

To make paprika, we need sweet peppers, chicken, onions, garlic, sour cream, sunflower oil, flour, powdered sweet pepper, salt and black pepper.

Season the chicken with salt and black pepper and fry in sunflower oil until slightly browned.

Finely chop the sweet peppers while the chicken is roasting.

Finely chop the onion.

After frying the chicken, cover it with foil. This will help keep them warm.

Slightly fry the onion and pepper in the oil in which the chicken was fried.

When the peppers are soft, put the chicken back in the pan. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Stir during cooking.

Then add the chopped garlic.

Season with ground sweet pepper, add a pinch of salt and cook for another 10 minutes.

Mix the sour cream with the flour. Add to the chicken and mix well. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.

Once it is ready, the chicken should be easily separated from the bones. Serve with a variety of noodles and mashed potatoes.
