Mexican style steak


  • 500 g of beef 500 g

    25 ml of sunflower oil, 25 ml
    Sweet ear 1 tbsp. 250 g
    Black pepper powder 4 pinches 4 g
    0.25 bunch of fresh parsley17.5 g
    Tomato 2 pcs. 300 g
    Salt 0.25 tsp 1.5 g
    Garlic 4 cloves 20 g

How to do:

1For this dish you need to collect: calf meat, onion, sweet pepper, tomato, garlic, and fresh greens.

2Cut the meat into slices 2 cm wide and season with pepper

3In a pan, lightly fry the meat for 8-10 minutes. When the roast is over, put it on a plate and set in a warm place.

4Vegetables are washed and cleaned. Cut the onion into half rings. Chop the tomatoes lengthwise. Chop the garlic with a knife. Pepper to clean and cut into rings.

5Heat the pan. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the vegetables. Fry the onion for 1 minute, pepper to taste, fry for another 3-4 minutes, then roast the tomatoes.

6Bake for about 4 minutes and remove from the heat.

7Wash parsley and cut into small pieces.

8Put the greens on the meat, sprinkle with parsley, and your meal is ready.
