Tomato ricotta cheese paste


  • Main Ingredients:
    Salt 1 tbsp. 6 g
    Spaghetti 500 g 500 g
    The sauce
    Round onions 2 pcs. 160 g
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil 20 ml 20 ml
    Hot pepper 1 tbsp. 1 sq.
    Black pepper powder 3 pinches 3 g
    500 g of tomatoes 500 g
    Salt 0.25 tbsp. 1.5 g
    200 g of ricotta cheese 200 g
    10 cloves of garlic


1You will need ricotta cheese, spaghetti, fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil and salt.

2Onion cut into cubes of medium size.

31 clove of garlic cut long. One is rubbed. Or chop it with a knife.

4Soak the tomatoes in hot water and remove the large ones.

5Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the hot peppers and onions garlic. Fry the onion until transparent. If you like spicy stuff, make your hot pepper right after the onion.

6Pour the tomatoes on top. Bake 10 minutes without lid

7Put the cheese and the second clove of garlic in the pan. Keep on the fire for 3 minutes

8Fill the pan with salt and cook the spaghetti

9Season your spaghetti with tomato sauce. When it is ready, mix it with the cheese.
