How to do:
1For this type of fried, you will need: potatoes, pumpkin, curd or hard cheese, flour, baking powder, vegetable oil and salt.
2Potatoes are cleaned and boiled in salted water. In about 20-30 minutes. Let cool.
3Rub half of cooked potatoes with large blades.
4Peel the pumpkin. The coarse part is rubbed into the rub, but the rest finely sliced.
5In a deep bowl, mix the flour blender.
6Put the grated potatoes, pumpkin and curd in the flour. Mix everything well
7Salt in 75 ml of warm water and pour in the flour.
8Knead the flour and leave for 40 minutes in a warm place.
9Remove the mold and lubricate it. Roll out the dough into a mold. Gently press on hands with moisture.
10Finely chop the remaining boiled potatoes.
11Pour sliced pumpkin and potatoes. If desired, garnish with greens. Put in a preheated oven and bake at 180C for 50 minutes.
12It is ready. Cool slightly and serve your guests.
