Fried Pork Ribs


  • 50 g of wild grass 50 g
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil 20 ml 20 ml
    50 g of fresh mint 50 g
    Black pepper 2 g 2 g
    500 g of pork ribs 500 g
    4 g of sea salt
    50 g thyme 50 g
    Garlic 6 cloves 30 g

How to do:

1To prepare this meal, you will need pork ribs, mint, thyme, herbs, garlic, salt and black pepper olive oil.

2Cut the garlic into crushers.

3Top with the greens and crush them together.

4Put the crushed breadcrumbs in the radish oil, salt, pepper.
