Rice 200 g 200 g
Salt 0.5 tbsp. 3 g
1 bunch of parsley 70 g
Lemon 1 tbsp. 130 g
1 bunch of green onions 90 g
Vegetable oil 4 p. 72 ml
Hot pepper 2 tbsp. 2 sq.
Soy sauce 2 p. 20 ml
10 cloves of garlic
How to do:
1Ingredients include: whitefish, rice, parsley, hot green pepper, green onion, garlic, bean sauce, vegetable oil.
2Wash rice thoroughly and pour 1: 2 salt into it. Put on a coarse fire and simmer for 6 minutes, then bring to a boil. Immediately leave it on a broom.
3Wash parsley and green onions, wipe dry with a napkin. Chop the garlic. Leave a piece of green onions and parsley. Divide the hot pepper in the core and remove the seeds.
4Peel the lemon and rub it into a crumb.
5Peel the onion, parsley, garlic and lemon zest. Then add the lemon juice and the bean sauce to the vegetable oil. Salt and crush them again. .
6Wash and dry the fish. Slice small. Season the pepper with pepper.
7Stir in the rice to taste.
8Make your painting in rises.
9Put the fish on top and cover the form with silver paper. Put in the oven and bake at 200oC for 30 minutes.
10Finely chop the remaining onion parsley.
11 Remove the silver paper from the mold and bake for another 10 minutes. Decorate the fish with vegetables.
