Soup with sour cream and onions


  • Water 2 l 2 l
    Octopus 500 g 500 g
    Round onions 2 pcs. 160 g
    Vegetable oil 4 p. 72 ml
    Black pepper powder 1 pinch 1 g
    Sour cream 3 p. 75 g
    Salt 1.5 p. 18 g
    50 g of anise 50 g

How to do:

1You will need octopus, onions, vegetable oil, powdered black pepper and green anise.

2Chop the onion into rings.

3In a glass of boiling water, pour a teaspoon of salt and a crab. Make sure it only takes 1 minute. This will allow the peel to be easily removed.

4Take it out of hot water and into cold water. Then rinse under running water.

5Cut into rings, about 0.5 cm wide

6Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

7Put the sliced octopus on top and bake for 2 minutes

8Put 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 0.5 tablespoons of salt black pepper and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. When the food has cooled, decorate it with anise.
