How to do:
1For this dish we will need chicken breast, pumpkin, sweet pepper, tomato puree, olive oil, bean sauce, a pinch of oregano, and a pinch of black pepper.
2Pepper and pumpkin to clean and cut into large cubes.
Wash and dry the meat, cut into cubes.
4In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and lightly brown the chicken.
5Top with the greens.
6Add the oregano, tomato puree and bean sauce.
7Simmer all over medium heat. Roast until the pumpkin is soft.
8Season your meal with a little powdered black pepper and enjoy.
