Fried rice without meat

Ingredients:


  • Round onion 1 pc. 80 g
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 p. 40 ml
    2 carrots 160 g
    Sweet pepper 1 tbsp. 250 g
    2 pinches of black pepper powder, 2 g
    1 bunch fresh parsley 70 g
    Rice 2 stack. 460 g
    A mixture of bay leaf (Khmeli Suneli) 1 tbsp. 1 g
    Salt 1 tbsp. 12 g
    Tomato puree 3 p. 105 g
    Garlic 2 garlic 10 g

How to do:


1To make this rice fry, we will need 2 satanic rice, 2 carrots, rounded onions, sweet pepper, tomato puree, 2 cloves of garlic, vegetable oil and seasonings.

2Wash the rice and place in a deep bowl. Add 3 cups of water, salt and put on a soft fire.

3While the rice is cooking, cook the greens. Clean the onion and chop the pepper and carrot. Put in a heated frying pan.

4Lightly fry the vegetables and add the tomato puree and spices. Add a little boiling water and cover. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

5Once the vegetables have softened, mix them with the rice and cover with the lids for another 5 minutes. After that, put 2 cloves of garlic and cover a little. Put the rice in our ready-made fries and decorate with a little parsley.
