Spanish egg roll


  • Potatoes 4 cu. 400 g
    Round onion 1 pc. 80 g
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 p. X 50 ml
    Sweet pepper 1 tbsp. 250 g
    2 pinches of black pepper powder, 2 g
    2 pinches of salt 4 g
    Garlic 2 cloves 10
    Egg 4 pcs. 4pc [/ tie_list]

How to do:

1To prepare this dish we need eggs, potatoes, olive oil, black onions, garlic and spices.

2Garlic clean the onion and cut into small pieces.

3Remove the potatoes and cut into small cubes.

4Wash sweet pepper and cut into strips.

5Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil into the pan and bake the onion until it is colorless.

6Then put the potatoes on the onion and bake for 10 minutes

7Add the garlic and fry for a while. This will give the garlic a pleasant aroma. Then mix everything together.

8Fry the potatoes until brown. Salt powder to taste black pepper.

9Put the finished potatoes on a paper towel and let the oil drain.

10Chop the egg and salt a little.

11Put the potatoes in the egg and mix thoroughly.

12Return the prepared mixture to the pan and add a little olive oil, if desired. Bake for 2-3 minutes.

13Turn the scrambled egg and bake another 2-3 minutes.

14Season the oven with sweet pepper and garnish.
